Tap (ages 5 and up)

Elite Dance Centre offers an excellent tap program. Using metal plates on the bottoms of the shoes, students create rhythms and patterns using these specialized shoes. Tap is one of the most popular programs at Elite Dance Centre due mainly to its quick pace, fun music and fantastic rhythms.

Classes begin at the Primary level at age 5. If your child is younger, basic tap dance is also a component of the Combination class programs.

Want to peek into your child's class? You can catch their class on EliteTV, our own live-stream!  No more crowded viewing windows or silent CCTVs, catch your child's class at home, getting the groceries or at the salon!

Adult and RetroACTIVE Tap classes are available as well for beginners, advanced students or those who just want to get back into it!
